Function :

DSL R is the combination of a digital water level controller and motor control panel (motor starter) and real time clock timer

This model is suitable for motor up to 1.5 HP 

Run Cap : 50 MFD

Input : P (Phase), N (Neutral) (sup 220-270 VAC)

Output : R, Y, B (motor or pump connections)

In this water level controller you can adjust the water controlling function based on real time.

Water level function works on real time clock ( only on what time you have set as ON time)

[for example if you have set on time as 6 o'clock and off time as 8 o'clock then motor start at 6 o'clock (if uper tank empty and there is water in sump) and stop the motor when tank gets full.

Simply water level controller function works between 6 to 8 o'clock (on time)]


Timing mode : 

RTC timer (Real time clock timer)

This time device starts and stops connected motor as per preset time (for example if you have set 6 A.M. ON time and 7 A.M OFF time then everyday unit give power on 6 A.M and cut power on 7 A.M)

16 ON and OFF time per day setable.

Day off facility, User can skip any number of days in week ( for example If user do not want to start on monday and friday or any other day then user can skip that day. Timer will not start on that day and only start on other days)

accurate time setting as RTC provided 

Free from data corruption. battery backup provided.

Display of real time clock for on/off.

Battery-backup for 500 hrs. in case of power failure. No need to re-program (reset the time) after resumption of power supply. The unit will work as per pre programmed only.

When motor start, press the start button for 5 seconds, This unit will set overload and dry run current automatically

Working :

This model automatically switch ON and switch OFF Motor.

When water level of overhead tank becomes low means water get down from middle sensor and if water is present in the underground tank or sump, motor get start automatically. The tank starts filling up. when the water level reaches to the higher level, the motor automatically gets switched off.


This model have dry run protection so it only start motor if water present in underground tank or sump.

Protect motor from dry running.

Water Level indication provided for both tank.

Sensing element :  it is free from oxidation, long life. Any conducting wire can be use for sensor.
